    FLAtlas Savegame Editor is a standalone editor for Freelancer singleplayer saves. It works with both vanilla Freelancer and modded installs by reading names, systems, bases, items, and map data directly from the configured game files. You can edit money, reputation, ship equipment, cargo, Trent appearance, visited systems, and locked jump connections through a visual interface. The editor also includes validation tools, hardpoint-aware equipment handling, recent save access, and map-based discovery tools. Safety is a major focus: changes are only written when you save, risky story-related system/base edits are blocked, and every save creates backup history so older states can be restored later. A built-in restore dialog also lets you compare backups against the current save before restoring. FLAtlas Savegame Editor is meant to make save editing faster, safer, and more practical for both regular Freelancer players and mod users.
